RESTAURANT MANAGER
BRET is like an oasis in an office desert. From recycled materials we have created a place where it is wonderful to be. BRET loves honest and tasty food & drinks for a good price. Our chefs use fresh and sustainably sourced ingredients for our delicious dishes. Craft beer has a central place within BRET. We are happy to tell you which dish goes with which beer and vice versa. On tap we have beers from some of the best brewers in the Amsterdam region. In addition to tasteful beer, we also have artisanal ice cream, homemade organic lemonades (from our neighbors) and amazing coffee.
BRET consists of a Craft Beer café, Lunchroom, à la Carte restaurant with 100 seats, a large terrace and a fantastic roof terrace. We also organize events on weekends.
We love good and tasty products, which is why we use sustainably produced seasonal products from local entrepreneurs as much as possible. We want to prepare dishes fresh and traditionally, often in combination with craft beer (products).
What we ask from you:

Lead and Supervise

Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Work closely with management to achieve revenue targets

Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales

Maintain safe working conditions
-
Follow the company's policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment.

Inspect stock levels to ensure product availability and order products as needed
Your experience and skills:
-
2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry.

High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
-
Ability to operate flexible working hours, including nights and weekends.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
