EVENT & COVID POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have to comply to some rules set by the dutch government in order to provide a safe environment for everyone and help in preventing the spread of COVID-19.

WE CREATED THIS PAGE TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THE FOLLOWING:

You can safely enter one of the events at BRET in the following ways:

  1. Testen voor toegang / Test for Access. With a NEGATIVE test proof you can enter. Pay attention! You must set up this test result in a QR via the CoronaCheck App. People who are not vaccinated or people who are vaccinated outside of the EU must get tested. More information about this on the testen voor toegang website

  2. With proof of vaccination or recovery. If you're vaccinated in the EU you can show a qr code in the corona check app or DCC  app.

  3. Unfortunately the qr codes don't always work properly, we recommend trying out the corona scanner app to see if it approves of your QR code.

  4. Proof of recovery. Either in the corona check app or DCC app, people with proof of recovery outside of the EU must get tested.

You can either print your QR code on paper or get it through the Corona Check app.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

  • Making an appointment is really easy and you can schedule it at a test location near you through this website:

  • You can also click the button make an appointment further down this page.

  • On this website you will be guided through the steps to make the appointment and get your QR code.

  • A test result is valid for 40 hours, therefore we recommend getting tested shortly before the event starts so you can stay as long as you want.

  • Make sure your phone is charged if you want us to scan the QR code from the app.

  • A screen shot is not valid, we will check if the QR code is actually in the app and if it corresponds to your name. Don't forget to bring your ID card, passport or drivers license.

WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER AND WHEN DO I HAVE TO LEAVE?

  • You can enter at the time you selected.

  • You can stay as long as you want or until the party is over.

IS THERE A DRESSCODE AT BRET?

  • BRET loves seeing her guests in their own personal style and thinks it's important that people feel free to wear what they want. Under this dresscode however uniforms, suits, formal shirts, joggers, clothes with offensive texts and costumes are not included. Besides that bare feet, slippers and heels are not allowed.

SOMEONE HARASSED ME OR MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, WHAT DO I DO?

  • Please let our staff immediately know what happened, so they can help you out. We are here for you. If you would like to talk about it after the event, please send an e-mail to events@bret.bar. We value your safety and the safety of others so don't hesitate to ask for help.

I LOST MY TICKETS WHERE CAN I FIND THEM?

  • No worries. We can re-send the ticket(s) to your e-mailadress. Send us a dm or email to ask for a resend.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AT BRET?

  • We prefer real life interactions, that is why we like to see as little phones on the dancefloor as possible. Leave it in your locker.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ON DRUGS?

  • The possession and distribution of drugs are not allowed. Any drugs that are found will be handed over to the police and can be a reason to deny the visitor entry to BRET. We reserve the right to hand the person in question over to the police.

WHAT ARE VALUES OF BRET?

  • BRET is a club for open minded people who want to party with like minded people. No judgement, just love. We top this all off with a mix from a lot of different genres!

CAN I BRING MY OWN CONSUMPTIONS LIKE FOOD OR DRINKS?

  • Unfortunately you can't, ask our staff if you really need to hydrate or need to eat. We will always take care of you.
