23.04 | TASTE OF BRET - MEXICAN CHICKEN SALAD

With our chefs missing cooking for you and with you missing our food, efforts were made to bring the taste of BRET to your homes. For the first edition of our food series our head chef Fernando will show you how to put together a Mexican chicken salad!



The Recipe (ingredients for 5 people):

Chicken thighs 1kg

Chipotle adobo sauce

Onions 1x

Garlic 1 head

Salt

Pepper

Paprika Powder

Romaine lettuce

Can of Corn

Can of Black beans

Carrot 1 big or 2 small carrots

Spring onion 1 bunch

Coriander 1 bunch

White wine 2 shots

Corn Tortilla wraps

Lemons 2x

For Salad dressing:

Mustard

White Balsamic

Salsa olive oil

Option for on the side:

Guacamole

Tomato Salsa

Crème fraiche
