The Recipe (ingredients for 5 people):
Chicken thighs 1kg
Chipotle adobo sauce
Onions 1x
Garlic 1 head
Salt
Pepper
Paprika Powder
Romaine lettuce
Can of Corn
Can of Black beans
Carrot 1 big or 2 small carrots
Spring onion 1 bunch
Coriander 1 bunch
White wine 2 shots
Corn Tortilla wraps
Lemons 2x
For Salad dressing:
Mustard
White Balsamic
Salsa olive oil
Option for on the side:
Guacamole
Tomato Salsa
Crème fraiche
